Embracing Neurodiversity
Embracing Neurodiversity is a free community event for neurodivergent individuals and those who support them. Connect, share experiences, and build community in a welcoming, neuroaffirming space. We’ll have a short intro, a 10-minute slideshow on terminology, and plenty of time to chat & craft

About the Event
Embracing Neurodiversity – A Community Meetup
Being neurodivergent—or caring for someone who is—can feel isolating. This free event is a space to connect, share ideas, vent, advocate, and find like-minded people who just get it.
For now, this gathering is for women and nonbinary folks who are comfortable in a women-centered space. Our long-term vision is to create an inclusive community for all ages, genders, and abilities.
This is not an “Autism Mom” meetup. We are neuroaffirming, meaning we celebrate neurodiversity and reject the idea that our brains need curing, fixing, or that we are suffering. If you’re still learning and use that kind of language, you’re still welcome—this is a space to grow and shift perspectives together.
